Service Coordinator

Our client is a dynamic,Tier 1, Australian owned national contractor that prides itself on delivering exceptional services to their clients.

An opportunity exists for a well-organised and efficient Service Coordinator

to be part of a successful team within a fast paced environment on a full

time basis.

The responsibilities and duties would include:

• Coordinating service technicians on a daily basis across Australia
• Processing work orders and scheduling
• Managing works in progress, and working with service technicians to reduce the number
• of outstanding jobs
• Working with LEVESYS Accounting Software to enter the job details and order required
• materials
• General office duties such as answering calls and emails, data entry, invoice
• management, generating client reports, handling deliveries, maintaining compliance records
• Prioritising incoming jobs to meet customer requirements

The ideal candidate would have:

• Prior experience in a Service Administrator or Service Coordinator role
• Proven experience and ability to work as part of a small high performing team
• Passion for delivering an excellent outcome, and go above and beyond to meet client needs
• Be able to problem solve and think on your feet
• Team Player and a Can Do attitude
• The ability and confidence to use the Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus
